Materials & Range
Our production covers a broad range of eco-friendly and premium materials to meet every design and performance requirement:

Cotton Canvas: from 140 gsm to 260 gsm, ideal for lightweight totes and fashion bags.

Jute/Cotton Canvas Blend: from 260 gsm to 320 gsm, offering structure, strength, and a natural aesthetic.
- Optional Materials: faux leather, genuine leather, silk, velvet, or corduroy — used at the client’s request for luxury or seasonal collections.

Pattern Making &
Sampling
Experienced craftsmen transform design concepts into precise patterns.
Using jute, cotton canvas, and premium alternative materials, we create functional samples for quality, proportion, and usability checks.

Cutting & Preparation
Each fabric — whether lightweight cotton or heavyweight jute canvas — is cut with precision using modern cutting equipment, ensuring perfect alignment and consistency.

Stitching &
Finishing
Our production facility houses 50 sewing machines, 20 overlock machines, and a team of 50 skilled workers who bring every piece together with expert attention to detail.
Depending on design requirements, we offer customized stitching styles, reinforced handles, inner linings, and metal or leather accessories.

Printing &
Branding
We operate two DTF print press machines that deliver crisp, durable prints for logos, patterns, and artworks. Clients may choose from screen printing, embroidery, or heat transfer finishes.
