MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF BAGS
THE MATERIALS
First step of the production of our bags is selecting the fabrics to be used. According to the client requirement
the choice will be done out of following compositions: 100% jute; 60% jute/ 40%cotton canvas; 100% cotton. GSM varies from 360 to 120.
Our jute fabric is produced in our “fabric section”, rest of the compositions are purchased from our local trusted suppliers.
THE CUTTING
The cutting process is an important step in the production of our bags, as it ensures that each bag has
a consistent size and shape. When the materials are chosen, the measurements are defined, then,
the fabric is arranged by layers (manually operated) and cut according to the pattern for the bag.
THE STITCHING
The stitching process involves using sewing machines or, in some cases, hand stitching techniques, depending on the requirements of the project.
The goal is to securely connect the printed fabric pieces while maintaining the integrity of the design and ensuring the bag’s overall strength.
This stage demands attention to detail and craftsmanship to guarantee that each bag meets the highest standards of quality and
durability. In addition to providing structural integrity, the stitching also contributes to the overall aesthetics of the bag,
influencing its final look and feel.
THE QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is a significant aspect of our production process, and crucial stage. The pattern master and supervisor
check the seams, alignment, and overall construction of each bag to identify and rectify any defects.
Properly stitched bags not only ensure the longevity of the product but also contribute
to the satisfaction of our clients and later the end-users.
